| Service |
|
Perhaps
one of the most overused terms in business. Service
industry, service oriented, service levels, service
with a smile, customer service, 24 hour service,
outstanding service. Everyone offers service. The
vast majority of the time it means nothing more than
call us.
Often when you experience someone elses’ version
of “service” you realize how much you
long for the good old days when you had a personal
relationship with people at a company. At Cool Power
we offer the best of both worlds. Private ownership
with real family values and a strong corporate background
make us unique in many respects.
We haven’t advertised for service technicians
in more than 15 years, because we’ve discovered
that advertising doesn’t bring in the caliber
of employee we want. We wait for employees to come
to us because they hear about us from other technicians.
This means that when we send someone to your home,
they will be much more than “somebody”.
They will be experienced, courteous and professional.
As a result of being one of the top 25 Lennox
Dealerships in the country we have a vast wealth
of training and education available to us and do
we ever take advantage of it. Our technicians attend
more training both in house and off site than any
other company. Accordingly we have most common
certifications and some uncommon ones as well.
We do this because we want to be able to service
your needs as quickly as possible and keep your
equipment running as efficiently as possible.
As you may already be aware in January 2006,
there was a federal mandate that required all manufacturers
to stop producing equipment below 13
SEER. This
meant that the cheaper inefficient systems were
no longer available and drove up the cost of installations.
In many cases, our competitors were forced to start
installing more efficient systems that they had
never even seen before let alone installed. Here’s
just one example:
The highest SEER rating available today and in
the past years has been 21
SEER. There are hundreds
of companies around there today that have never
ever installed a 21
SEER system, let alone serviced
one. In 2006 we have installed more than 200 of
these systems. Our closest competitor in all of
New York State only installed 7 such systems. Given
these numbers, who would you call to repair or
maintain your high efficiency system?
